For your convenience & peace of mind Plasma
Warehouse UK only use specialist couriers for our deliveries including Securicor
& TNT which also means your order can be tracked to ensure a smooth
transaction.
All delivery charges are automatically added to your order
within the shopping basket and are based on weight & geographical
area.
Once you are happy with the purchase of your new Plasma LCD and Home Cinema System, the next thing is to
arrange for it to be installed.
Most smaller items are delivered next day for all
orders received before 16.00 the previous day Monday to Friday. Our aim is to,
usually deliver and or install your Plasma/LCD and or Home Cinema system within
3 to 7 days of your order.
What happens
next?
Unless we are Installing your system, once we have
received cleared funds for your order then goods will be dispatched same
day.
Do I have to pay for
delivery?
We offer FREE
Delivery to anywhere in the UK. For deliveries outside of the UK there will be
a charge as we believe it is important for you to receive your equipment on time
& in the same condition that your order left us. We do however keep our
costs to a minimum for this service and all items are fully insured in
Transit.
Can I pick up my order from your
Warehouse?
NO, This is not possible, as in order to enable an
efficient delivery service our fully automated ordering system is processed
through our Central Warehouse's in The UK & Europe.
Do you deliver to
Europe?
Yes we do and your order is fully insured in
Transit.
Installation
You can install the equipment yourself. However,
for complete peace of mind and to ensure you get the very best from your new
system, we highly recommend using our Installation service. Plasma Warehouse UK
engineers are friendly, helpful and, of course, highly skilled in all aspects of
Plasma LCD Technology and Home Cinema
Systems.
